        ▩ Once done, browse the old data path and then copy the individual folders to the new path

▣ Then open the Sage 50
▣ If you are asked for registration information, then enter the correct information
▣ Then open the account reconciliation and check that you are not receiving any error messages while the windows are opened

If the data path is on server:

☐ Check if the work stations and server shows the same error
☐ If the account reconciliation is opening fine on work stations and server, then restart the server
☐ Then rename the company folder from UserPref.DAT to UserPref.OLD
☐ Then open the Sage 50
☐ After opening account reconciliation, check and ensure that you are not receiving any error messages when the windows are opened
☐ If the issue is not resolved and occurring again then create a new path on server by following the Article ID 13517, “How to change the Data Path”, in the desired resource section
☐ Remap the data path
☐ Open the Sage 50
☐ Then again open the account reconciliation and check that no more error messages are received
