  6. Bradley Lewis says:

The Massage Envy located in Cedar Hill texas just south of Dallas is not an honorable franchise. Unfortunately my fiancé ’ and I had to move to Birmingham Alabama just a few months after signing the agreement. My fiancé has been trying to cancel our memberships every since then. It’s been over 2 years now and they are still charging her account every month. Now she hasn’t worked in a year but they are still drafting her account. They have ruined her relationship with her bank because of all the overdrafts. That’s has really gotten out of hand. We now live over 600 miles away from the Cedar Hill location. This has completely stressed my fiancé out. Now we are expecting a baby and I’m concerned about the her health and the health of our child. They should refund her all of the money they have continue to draft from her account for the past 2 years. What’s really sad is we only used the service one time and that was the day she signed the contract with them. This is not fair or good business at all.

Your cancelation process sucks. It reeks of something akin to a scam. It should never be this difficult to stop paying for a subscription.

I have $195 that I did not use with Massage Envy at Greenville South Carolina and or Spartanburg South Carolina. I was told that if I did not use the services between September 18th 2020 you were going to keep my money. I couldn’t schedule a massage in 2020 because of covid-19 I have a medical condition and I have just been told by my physician that I can get a massage. I need a reply and I need to redeem my $195.00 ASAP. I do not give money to any organizations unless it is a non profit. I am not threatening your company but I will put this out to the media.
