    location tracker showed my child to be 1.5 hours away, when he was really at school! No phone number to call! Thankfully I called the school before calling police!

    My first year of using qustodio was great but at renewal, they charged me twice for the same product. There is no customer service. Automated response to email and nothing else. Rip off.

    We’ve had the service for a month and I am disappointed so far! It has been more inconvenient than anything else. The text monitoring does not work as advertised. It’s hot or miss whether text messages show. I am able to see received texts but not sent messages? As many have mentioned there is no customer service to speak with so I have left emails. The communication is poor but I did the best at understanding instructions to resolve the issue and still not able to see my child’s sent text messages? I have turned off specific apps only to find my children are still able to get on them? The phone has to be restarted every time any changes are made in order for qustodio to acknowledge the changes. This is a hassle! I am not always with my child to make sure they restart the phone when I make these certain changes, therefore I don’t have full control over settings as I expected with qustodio. Very disappointed! It’s been a hassle. Too many loopholes for me. I wish I would have gone with another service.

    Terrible. I forgot my password. I clicked the reset password. It says they sent and email to reset it to my email address, but one was not received. I keep going in circles! There is NO phone support.

  7. I just copied another person’s review because it’s exactly what we’ve been experiencing. The biggest problem is they have no phone support.

    The worst customer service. No phone available, when using e-mail, they never get back to you. When it was time for renewal they charged me for another year subscription without asking if I want to renew. Why would I want to, I couldn’t wait for one year to be over. Location tracker is not working properly, you can’t block certain sites, and you can’t unblock some sites you want. Just terrible experience with them.. Don’t waste your money on this one.
