PLEASE HELP ON ISSUE BELOW
We have a pending orders for a mobile sim card# and Router Id# where we would like the delivery to be re-sent to address below because no one is presently residing in our apartment address. Kate Parry is our property manager in Spain since we reside in the US.

Impossible to reach on any number. No customer service whatsoever. Only recordings that will hang up after giving the same automated response.
I have had a line with Jaztel and internet for many years all was fine apart from recently when they offered me a free sim. Which I accepted stupidly. Free calls and free 5 mb internet a month , seemed great, what they do not tell you is that the messages are not free and are very expensive so my bills the last two months running have gone from 42 approx per month to 150 EUR each month, I tried sorting it out over the phone each time a nice operator heard the long story as theres also another issue, and said
they would go and find out first one was offering a refund but he left me on hold another operator picked up my call so I lost him. 3 times that happened i was promised a call back and a refund Still nothing 3 wks later dont join Jaztel useless
A crappy company, liars, thieves.. No matter what, at the end you will be screwed with Jazztel. Stay away.
internet is so bad you pay for something and not get it. Pay for 30 mg get 2 if lucky, pay bill every month and not ful filling duty of contract. Customer service is bad no one gets back to you either. I might only speak little Spanish but this is silly. Which i gone else where now, will do once contract is up
Cancelled contract sept 2020. Still getting bills from Jazztel. Why????
