    I actually had a cancelled flight due to the pandemic. This flight was booked last year and I requested a refund. I went to the office to process it, but due to the pandemic situation, I was asked to do it online. Now, I contacted an agent and converted my refund to a trace voucher. I was supposed to see it but the voucher code was invalid. I paid for the exact amount and followed the rules in processing my refund/vouchers before t expires. I hope you can check this and settle this issue.

    with the changes of above flight schedule, conflict na po sa mga working schedules nila and they already filed their leave of absence and di na po ma-adjust.
    on emore thing, very Important po yong July 17 date , they were supposed to attend 50th Birthday of my sister here in Manila kaya po sila nagbook ng ganoong schedule. You new change scjdule of flight di na po convenient and not possible na po for them.

    Can we request that these flight can be rebook or can we request that the total amount of the booked flight for four persons be considered as travel fund and thye could use for the next preferred flight.

    Please advise, the best option na di naman po masayang yong amount paid for the ticket. Super hirap po kitain ang sweldo especially this time of pandemic. Please help and answer this request soonest.
