Your customer care is non-existent. I have written four times over the past two days asking for help with a problem but no one has responded. I called the number listed on your website. No one answered. Your customer service lines are open from 12:00 am till 12:00 pm — but what time zone? This is ridiculous. If I do not hear from you by 5:30 pm EDT on March 21 2018, I will cancel my service.
