    I was under the impression that I had canceled the Disney Plus, same time I canceled everything else meaning Hulu and ESPN. The ladder two have not been billing me since I cancelled all three so I do not understand why you are continuing to Bill me.     I wasn’t even supposed to be charged for the one year subscription to Disney plus. It was a free trial for the Disney bundle, 18.99 a month after the 30 day trial. I have been charged for the year subscription 4 times! I cant get a refund?!?!? That’s ridiculous!! I’m livid!!!

    You people are taking my money every month I do not want to use your show I never signed up for you to show I never watched the second of your show I want all my money back I don’t want to watch cartoons on Disney all I wanted on my subscription was ESP plus how the hell you guys got on and taking my $6 and some cents every month give me my damn money back and get off my damn Channel

    It’s one thing to lose a few days or a couple weeks to a monthly subscription … but this also applies to an ANNUAL subscription. Disney keeps your money till the next billing period … and for annual that is next year! It is simply amazing how companies make it so easy to signup but such a PITA to cancel. Most reputable companies will refund the UNUSED portion. Well that pretty much covers it … Disney is NOT a reputable company.

    Hello,
    My family and I are big fans of Disney in everything you do, from parks to movies to Disney Plus. I recently read about the Gina Carano firing, and double standard of Gina. I also watched her interview.

    Has the VP or someone neutral spoken to her? I always thought Apple was not political or take sides on issues. Political and personal views were violated. I ask you reconsider bringing her back in a way that is a win win: For Apple and Gina and the fans.

    I am considering canceling my Disney Plus and other Disney support, but would like to hear back. I know I’m a small customer, but I also know you and Disney care.
